Folks, took this in late fall, just getting around to getting it ready. Will be serviced sometime next week. 2012 John Deere 3038E- 37hp-  Low hours @ 970- This is the last year of the non emission garbage engine for this model.  Yanmar 3 cylinder diesel- starts, runs, drives, excellent. Equipped with model 305 front loader with deere style quick attach bucket. Trans is a two range hydro. One pedal to go forward, another for reverse- very simple tractor to run. Industrial style tires-This E series of tractor packs a lot of hp for the money, great for the hobbyist, small acreage owner, or to clean up after a few animals. It is a little smaller/lighter than what you would find in a 4000 series but is a great tractor for the right application.  A few notes on this machine-

tires are showing some weathering, all hold air fine and have good tread though. Just serviced-  engine oil and filter, both hydro filters, air and fuel filters, cleaned water separator. Seat switch was removed and bypassed- that is now replaced and operational. Bucket in in good shape but has a small bend on top- bucket and edge are straight though. Otherwise, tractor is pretty nice cosmetically. Not new but very respectable. Rear tires are loaded, and rears have 2" wheel spacers to push the wheels out for a little added stability. They still make this model today, with the updated emission controlled engine- bare tractor with loader lists for 35k, and depending on the program at the time, you can either buy outright for 31-32, or get zero financing at the full price. This has another $800 or so in extras (loaded tires and wheel spacers) - and, at asking price I will through in a new set of forks to fit the front quick attach! First $18500 buys it!
