Folks, what a nice rig this is, just came in today 12/14- Wanted to get it posted early in case any end of year tax incentivised shoppers are looking, call to be first on the list! This is a 2021 Takeuchi TB 257FR- with only 248 hours on it! Full cab with heat and air. Powered by a Kubota diesel- and weighing in at just under 13k lbs. Work equipment including blade, manual quick coupler, dig bucket, hydraulic thumb, and a new 60" rigid clean up bucket as well. This machine is unique that it offers very minimal overhang front and rear for work in tight quarters. The boom has a offset frame unique to Takeuchi where it offsets the whole boom, letting you tuck the boom up past the cab for work in extremely tight quarters (last picture) It also does away with the typical single pivot you see on most minis that is loose in the first thousand hours- no matter how much you grease. Its more pivots but better supported. Another neat feature for a machine this size- if you are looking for a mini to run a mower or mulcher head, this model is rated at 27 gpm at the primary line- as far as I am aware this is at the top of the class for this size machine. There are multiple lines plumbed out to stick. Those that do some of their own repairs will appreciate that the cab flips forward to access some of the more major systems- or even to fish a broken hydraulic line. Parts and service available local through Anderson Equipment right on the other side of East Montpelier. - Unit sells for a little over 100k as equipped. A value for a hard to find, low hour, large mini. Pricing as follows- $75,000 with dig and a rigid clean up bucket or- I also can put a new tilt clean up on it for additional $5,000 (I keep the rigid clean up) - Also have a hammer I've had in the yard that has a combination skid steer coupler and tag coupler that will go right on this rig- thats an additional $5,000 as well. Its just like fast food, have it your way!
