Just in on trade- Nice, original looking Bobcat 773. One of the best, most reliable, best selling skids ever in my opinion, and don't just ask me- many will agree! This rig was bought either new or almost new by a friend of mines uncle down in Pa. Hasn't been in the salt or manure. Just a yard machine for a concrete contractor over the years. They are traded it toward a large track loader. Machine has original paint,(with some concrete splatter) but not rusty. Low hours @ 2175- Hand/foot bobcat style controls, single speed, standard flow- Just a simple, reliable bare bones machine- made it a favorite model with so many pavers, contractors, and farmers over the years. No codes- Starts, runs, operates like you would expect and recently serviced- All fittings take grease, got all lights working, replaced drive/cooling/and alternator belts, changed hydraulic oil, checked chain oil. Just a decent, basic, older rig. Tires- 3 excellent, 1 fair- not all matching. Kubota diesel rated @ 46hp- (if I remember right, a V2203 non-turbo) One of the best kubota engines ever made. Machine weight approx 5800lb, rated lift 1750lb. Has a new medium duty 72" bucket on it. Offering the package @ $18,000- @ full price will throw in an older Case quick attach backhoe they had with it. Hoe will need some hoses and a seat, hasn't been used in several years.
