Just in folks- Super nice late model JCB 270T track loader- only 310 hours!!! This rig is unique for a skid steer in that you get in from the side, not over or under the arms like a typical skid steer. Much easier if you need to use it to crane objects around and are working alone- as most machines you can't get out with the arms up. Its much safer and just plane easier to climb in from the side over a track, then have to climb over loader arms, turn around, and slip in. They use one big mono bean for arm- Very stout setup, and provides much better visibility than a typical skid steer front and left, and still as good as most skids to the right. Other options on this unit- zig zag style tracks (better in snow and muck than staggered block), cab with heat and air, standard and high flow auxiliary hydraulics, power quick attach, bucket with bolt on edge. Block heater. Had 250 hour service at jcb dealer at approx 226 hours. Other specs include- 74 engine hp, machine weight of approx 11,000lbs, and a rated capacity of 2700lbs.
